They are the ideal solution for getting materials and workpieces where they are needed fast. The customisable design principles of these transport trolleys mean they can be adapted to all working processes, thereby helping to improve the speed and flexibility of production systems.
Their outstanding versatility and a wide range of frame sizes and heights make SystemMobiles L, T and U the perfect partners for all transport tasks. The three design variants have been developed to provide the optimum solution for a range of different applications.

SystemMobiles L – The tables next door.
SystemMobiles L are the ideal addition to standalone work stations. They bring working materials closer to personnel and support rapid and ergonomic handling. Rear-facing material provisioning makes short work of reconfiguring work benches for new products.
SystemMobiles T – Team players.
SystemMobiles T have central struts that allow easy access to shelves and storage boxes from both sides. As a result, tools and materials can be placed between two work stations. Parallel removal and filling also supports group work with a flexible material flow.
SystemMobiles U – Workhorses.
SystemMobiles U transport heavy loads with maximum safety. Four stable struts located directly over the transport castors ensure the trolley is exceptionally stable and provide secure support for Shelves. Consequently, even complete mobile work stations and other special solutions can be moved around with ease.
Handles Mobile T – Steering by crossbar.
Handles T have been specially designed for use with SystemMobiles T. Thanks to their additional strut, they can also be fastened horizontally. In all other ways, Handles T offer the same features as Handles Al for SystemMobiles L and U.
Handles Al – Well in hand.
Handles are available in a variety of lengths to manoeuvre SystemMobiles L and SystemMobiles U. They also make it easier to transport even heavy loads manually. Robust die-cast handle mounts create a secure connection with the transport trolley. A special grip profile with a non-slip coating supports smooth pulling and pushing motions.
Shelves – On the level.
Shelf St is a barrier-free storage surface for transport boxes and workpieces. The powder-coated shelves are robust and can be installed at any height using the Profile 8 grooves. Holes in the side panels ensure the shelves fit snugly onto SystemMobiles L and T. Each shelf can carry a load of up to 40 kg.
Strut Set – Strutting its stuff.
Horizontal struts improve the stability of SystemMobiles that have only a few or heavily loaded load-carrying levels. They also offer a wide range of fastening options. Accessories, tools and any inserts for SystemMobiles can be connected directly to the struts.
Container Support – Inclined to help.
Improved efficiency for manual production – the practical Container Support ensures materials are always within easy reach. Semi-open fronted storage boxes with mounting lugs are easily suspended on the Container Support and can be switched around just as quickly. Support ribs in two different thicknesses ensure the system is compatible with semi-open fronted boxes from a number of manufacturers.
Work bench F 2 F – Face to face.
The new item work bench F 2 F – the latest variant in the cost-efficient work bench system. It is a space-saving solution that does not compromise on legroom or ergonomics for operating personnel. Two load-bearing table columns in the centre carry the weight of the table top on profiled steel supports. The height of the work bench is infinitely manually variable and each side can be adjusted separately via the supports for the relevant table top.
Light Fitting 36W – Illuminating.
Light Fitting 36W from item provides flicker-free working light. A compact fluorescent lamp and micro-lens diffuser provide even and bright lighting for working surfaces. Thanks to the practical pivot mounting, the light fitting is easy to fit to the work bench and adjust. When installed on the overhang, it provides glare-free overhead lighting.
Container D80 – A fully rounded solution.
Every work station needs one – the perfect place to put pens, screwdrivers and other tools and utensils. Container D80 keeps the workplace neat and tidy and is a place for everything that does not have a place of its own. It makes sure all the important little things are always in sight and within easy reach. Elastomer tubing cut-offs ensure that Container D80 fits snugly and securely into Holder 8 D80.
ESD-safe Tray – The edgy solution.
The ESD-safe Tray is a shelf with an all-round raised edge that stops its contents falling off. It is also ideal for containing dirt and liquids. Thanks to the Profile 8 groove of SystemMobiles L, T and U, the ESD-safe Tray can be fitted at any height and moved up or down as required. Maximum load-carrying capacity is 40 kg.
